If you've answered YES to all three of these questions, then we have the perfect job for you Quickly becoming the 'Employer of Choice', Fast Water Heater is a busy & expanding water heater, HVAC, and electrical installation company looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to work on Warranty and Direct billings in our Accounting department.

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a growing, innovative company supporting the Controller and business needs.

Hourly Pay:
$22 - $24/hr [DOE]

What you bring to the table:1 to 3 years General Accounting ExperienceExceptional attention to detail and high degree of accuracyAbility to effectively organize work and manage timeAbility to work within tight deadlinesAbility to work independently and in team environmentStrong data entry and analytical skillsProficiency in MS Office suite, especially word and excel, typing 35wpm & 10 keyStrong communication and interpersonal / customer service skillsAbility to resolve problemsDaily Responsibilities include:Working in our custom software program to prepare, compile, and process jobsTaking initiative to investigate questionable items and follow-up through resolution in a timely mannerWorking with our technicians and sales floor to coordinate invoice payments and cash receiptsScanning of invoices for electronic archiveMailing and faxing invoices to customersPhone calls with customers answering questions regarding issuesFollowing proper escalation paths and processing payments
