Do you like to work on structured, small projects?$45,000 - $56,000 per year (BOE)Accounts Receivable SpecialistThe Accounts Receivable role is for our Seattle office in Lynwood, and we are looking for an A-Player who wants to work at the office as well as from home (flexible).The Accounts Receivable Specialist effectively manages and resolves problems of the outstanding accounts receivable, which happens by ensuring timely receipt of payments from customers.

The Specialist reaches out to customers, vendors, and insurance companies to collect payment for overdue bills and payments. This role acts as a liaison between customers and vendors and our companys Finance Department.

Essential Duties/ResponsibilitiesComplete collection calls to clients, vendors, and insurance carriersSupport the Business Manager with administrative assignmentsRecord all collections calls in our main operating system, RMSContact Insurance Adjustors to see the status of payment releaseReceive and take inquiries calls dealing with collectionsAssist and work with multiple PDO locations for accounts receivable mattersLiaison with Office Administrators, Management Team, Estimators, and Project ManagersCompetency Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsKnowledge of Sage and RMS is preferredCustomer service and communication skillsExceptional attention to detailAbility to answer and communicate with customers over the phoneAbility to work independentlyStress management and composureMaintain a level of confidentialityAbility to follow our Paul Davis Values, Vision, Mission, and 10 Serving BasicsPreferred Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED requiredTwo plus years experience in Accounts Receivables or CollectionsPhysical RequirementThe Accounts Receivable Specialist is required to sit or stand for long periods of time in front of a computer and phone.
