    BASIC JOB FUNCTION:
    Provide exceptional guest service through efficient management of Front Office team.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Coordinates the exceptionally friendly, professional and seamless reception, registration, and account settlement for all hotel guests.
    • Demonstrates the ability to effectively interact, coordinate and communicate through daily pre-shift meetings with all associates in high guest impact departments to ensure a smooth arrival through departure experience for all guests.
    • Ensures that exceptional levels of guest service is being provided to guests and Atrium standards are being applied.
    • Evaluates individual associate performance, determining improvement and training needs and advancement requirements.
    • Demonstrates knowledge of all services/features, hours of operations, room types, room rates, special packages and promotions, daily house count and expected arrivals/departures, room availability status, scheduled in-house group activities to anticipate and respond to guest inquiries promptly and accurately.
    • Assists in ensuring accurate communication of information to guests regarding all hotel facilities and operating hours.
    • Maintains confidentiality of guest information and follow proper protocol to secure and protect pertinent data.
    • Assists with the development and management of repeat guest and VIP service programs.
    • Performs any other job related duties as assigned.
