    Description

    The Recruiting and Community Outreach Specialist plays a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent for Rosen Hotels & Resorts and its subsidiaries. The candidate will assist with developing and implementing recruiting and hiring initiatives to strengthen brand presence and relationships while promoting career opportunities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create engaging and visually appealing content, including job postings, employee testimonials, recruitment announcements, etc.
    • Assist with building and maintaining relationships with Schools, Universities, Colleges, and Community Organizations to promote our career opportunities
    • Collaborate with the training and communications team to develop promotional materials and presentations showcasing the hotels & subsidiaries.
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract prospective talent from various sources, including high schools, community colleges, universities, and outreach events
    • Track and analyze sourcing metrics and performance data to continuously optimize sourcing strategies and improve overall efficiency and effectiveness
    • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, nurturing relationships with passive candidates and community partners by keeping them engaged with our employer brand.
    • Reporting monthly on all recruiting and hiring initiatives to validate ROI and best utilization of company resources
    • Collaborate with leadership to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
    • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry associations.
    • Conduct presentations and informational sessions for students, parents, educators, and community partners to provide information about our career openings.
    • Host and facilitate various events, presentations, and activities at our properties
    • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on job boards and career pages.
    • Support initiatives related to employee retention, engagement, and development to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and talent market dynamics to inform sourcing strategies and target the most promising candidate pools

    Requirements:

    • Strong Verbal, Written, and Presentation Skills.
    • Must also have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software, specifically PowerPoint.
    • Must have at least 2 years of recruiting experience. (Hospitality preferred)
    • Skill in managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
    • Proficiency in using various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc., and understanding their features, algorithms, and best practices.
    • Must have a Florida Driver's License with a clean record.
    • Ability to drive to and from assigned locations.
