    As part of the Digital Experiences team, you will lead prospect acquisitions across Strategic Educations marketing websites as you play a pivotal part in shaping our online presence by optimizing SEO strategies and converting visits into high-quality leads.

    Your strategic mindset, data-driven approach, and innovative thinking will be critical in achieving our acquisition goals.


    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    Strategy Development:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive website prospect acquisition strategy in support of the overall business objectives.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define target audience segments, value propositions, and competitive positioning.
    Define 3-12 month product vision, assess value, and develop product roadmap with lead product owner.
    Develop a deep understanding of the customer and product needs.
    Represent the user, business, and technology to drive balanced decisions.

    Data-Driven Decision Making:


    Define appropriate KPIs, OKRs, and metrics to measure success and make recommendations to develop new or improve existing online products and features.

    Monitor and analyze website metrics, user engagement, and conversion rates to derive actionable insights.

    SEO Optimization:
    Lead the development of SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and improve search engine rankings.
    Conduct thorough keyword research, on-page optimization, and monitor site performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
    Understand the Industry trends and how those trends are directly impacting the business.

    CRO Optimization:
    Design and implement strategies to enhance user experience, ensuring website visitors are engaged and guided through the conversion funnel.
    Analyze user behavior through data insights to identify drop-off points and optimize conversion pathways.
    Define lead generation goals and implement tactics to capture and nurture leads effectively.
    Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, landing pages, and calls-to-action that resonate with target prospects.
    Use A/B testing and other data-driven methodologies to optimize website elements for increased performance.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Communicate product vision and why behind the roadmap, prioritization and approval of work to different level of leadership.
    Share ongoing value realization to stakeholders and team members.
    Work closely with design, development, content, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of prospect acquisition strategies.
    Collaborate with strategic stakeholders to identify key deliverables to continuously enhance SEIs digital experience.
    Drive product discovery with team leads and/or stakeholders to define scope.
    Build and maintain relationships with key business partners.

    Job Skills:
    Ability to consume and analyze data to make sound product decisions.

    Ability to identify and fill product gaps, generate new ideas that grow market share, improve the customer experience and drive conversion.

    Deep understanding of customer experience.

    High degree of emotional intelligence and able to communicate effectively with people of varying viewpoints.
    Ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts into understandable, digestible content for non-technical stakeholders.
    Superior problem-solving, data and analytical skills including the ability to define and decompose product KPIs and metrics.
    Ability to manage all aspects of a successful product throughout its life cycle.

    Work Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
    Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in prospect acquisition and digital marketing.
    Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic plans that drive website traffic, leads, and conversions.
    Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices, with a track record of improving organic search performance.
    Proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to extract insights and inform decision-making.
    Experience with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization techniques.
    Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
    Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
    Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable strategies.

    Work Experience:


    Experience in digital product management and working on an Agile team where you have delivered a digital product to consumers.

    Experience working with a variety of partners, across many levels of leadership, to effectively collaborate and communicate business priorities.

    Education:
    From an accredited institution; Bachelors degree required (or equivalent experience in IT).

    Other:
    Must be able to travel occasionally should a business need arise. For most roles travel would not be common. Travel may involve plane, car or metro. In accordance with ADA policies, reasonable accommodations regarding travel limitations can be provided.

    Travel will be more common for roles such as Account Executives %), senior leaders (10 20%) or Capella Core Faculty (5 10%).

    Ability to work onsite in Corporate or Campus location (in a typical office environment) may be required based on role.

    If so, this would include being mobile within the office, including movement from floor-to-floor using elevators or stairs.

    If offsite or hybrid role, must have access to work in setting which enables meeting all requirements of the role (including privacy, reliable internet access, phone, ability to video conference, etc.) at a remote location.
