Your Responsibilities:


As a recent graduate with a drive for success, you will join our 6-month program in Minneapolis, MN, focusing on Digital Consulting and Project Management.

You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, gain industry-specific expertise, and expand your methodological knowledge.

Throughout the program, you will be supported by a mentor and have access to the expertise and knowledge of experts from both academia and industry.

To allow you to fully focus on the program, we offer an attractive monthly salary.


Your tasks will include:

  • Making a difference by contributing to the digital transformation of industries such as Healthcare, Public Service, Automotive, and Transportation.
  • Continuously learning through workshops and innovative trainings in areas such as digitization, new technologies, project management, and consulting.
  • Taking on responsibility from the start by being involved in real customer projects and gaining handson experience.
  • Embracing new challenges and opportunities for growth by participating in courses offered by our partners, the University of Granada and the RWTH Aachen Business School.

Your Profile:

In addition to a strong drive for learning and growth, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:

  • A desire to expand your experience and knowledge in topics such as agile project management, combined with a strong interest in technical consulting, such as Microsoft 365 collaboration or public cloud solutions.
  • A reliable, structured, and forwardthinking approach to work, with a willingness to take on responsibility.
