Your tasks as:

First point of contact for support requests:
- Provision of 1st level support and client support
- Processing of user inquiries via telephone, remote access, and email
- Recording, categorization, and resolution of incoming incidents and requests
- Collaboration with IT departments to solve problems
- Escalation of complex issues and requests to secondlevel support
- Installation and troubleshooting of end devices such as printers, headsets, and webcams
- Support for the use of standard software, including MS Office and current Windows operating systems
