    We are Seeking:

    The Head of Digital Solutions in State Street's Product Division must be a strategic and innovative leader with a deep knowledge of digital asset technology and extensive institutional expertise. This person will be in charge of executing the enterprise strategy for State Street Digital.     This position will report directly to the Chief Product Officer and collaborate closely with partners in the Investment Servicing leadership team to ensure effective implementation. The individual will also interact with State Street's clients, partners, and vendors, from developing new products to delivering services.

    This role demands familiarity with State Street's business operations - especially in custody, accounting, transfer agency, payments, and data services - along with a broad understanding of cutting-edge technologies such as blockchain, tokenization services, cryptocurrencies, and AI. Additionally, expertise in digital transformation and business change management is necessary to foster the growth of emerging businesses.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Drive the execution of State Street Digital's overall strategy
    • Contribute to the enterprise strategy as a representative of Digital Solutions
    • Implement a robust product management governance framework for Digital to ensure effective planning and coordination
    • Establish a commercial model for Tokenization as a Service and other digital products
    • Set key performance metrics to assess effectiveness in meeting objectives
    • Create training platforms to promote understanding of the Digital go-to-market strategy and product portfolio across State Street
    • Engage in internal and external forums with clients and industry peers to share ideas and best practices
    • Lead a team of Digital experts to develop sustainable operational solutions and top-tier client service delivery models
    • Manage relationships with third parties throughout the entire lifecycle
    • Collaborate with business partners to ensure understanding and management of risks and controls in new models, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
    • Challenge the status quo and work with key stakeholders to accelerate product development cycles
    • Provide regular progress updates and establish a risk metric framework for transparent deliverables

    Education & Qualifications:

    • Several years of experience in financial services, including front office, capital markets, trading, operations, or client service
    • Proven change management skills with successful transformation initiatives
    • Strong understanding of enterprise financial technology solutions
    • Track record of driving innovative products from concept to development, preferably in large organizations
    • Experience working with asset management, asset owner, and insurance company clients
    • Familiarity with governance processes to drive service or tech changes
    • Excellent presentation, communication, collaboration, and influencing abilities
    • Ability to build relationships with internal and external partners
    • Experience in managing globally distributed teams
    • Background in developing, implementing, and launching Digital products and services (Blockchain, smart contracts, cryptocurrencies, etc.)
    • MBA or advanced degree preferred

    Salary Range:

    $225,000 - $337,500 Annual

    The salary range mentioned applies to the primary location noted. If the position requires working outside of the primary location, the range may vary.
