    Description
    Job Description:

    Mandatory Skills Cisco CaaS experience & High to Mid-level Vertical experience
    • Design, engineer, configure, implement, modify, maintain Unified Communication
    • Design for Audio, Cisco Networking technologies as they relate to Migration to Cisco Could Collaboration, and Microsoft Teams Cisco Integration.
    • Lead the efforts required to for, architect, implement and operate new UC solutions Cisco Could Collaboration technologies into the enterprise, and ensure collaborative environment is highly available and functions as a mission critical service.
    • Assist with the planning, securing, and forecasting of Enterprise UC initiatives across the enterprise.
    • Define and create a well-organized, quality UC system architectures that will promote reliability and ease of maintenance.
    • Provide low level requirements for a UC fault-tolerant solution.
    • Design and implementation of monitoring and reporting that exposes quality metrics necessary to measure the performance and effectiveness of Enterprise UC services.
    • Design and implementation of call accounting for retail departmental charge back
    • Maintain and update skillset as it relates to what are coming trends in UC technologies and methods of delivering a future-focused collaborative environment.
    • Develop and maintain UC architecture diagrams.
    • SOP Library
    • Training library for new hires
    • Offboarding / Onboarding solution
    • Deployment schedule physical, onsite
    • Design and implementation of UC system that accommodates for remote workers
    • Develop plan to integrate existing stores into new solution during phased migration approach (i.e., stores can call each other in the same brand as they migrate)
    • Dial plan templates, standards, and naming conventions
    • Develop BRM backed use case proof of concept with success / acceptance criteria with included testing plan
    • BRM demonstrations
