Work Responsibilities:
As the

IT Business Analyst , you will:

Understand business environment and customer needs and translate them into business and system requirementsEstablish and maintain effective working relationships across functional groups and business unitsPerform requirement elicitation and documentation, producing functional specifications containing functional and non-functional requirementsPerform and facilitate data validation activities, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and QAEvaluate changes and updates to applications and analytic systemsCreate and maintain documentation for IT processes, applications, and analytic systemsAct as an information source and communicator between business end users and ITTranslate business requirements into solution design, in partnership with process owners, architects, and developersEnsure all requirements have suitable benefits associated with them and full traceability on ownership of the requirement along with success criteria for each requirementCollaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needsSupport cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of the existing program implementationEnsure all risks associated with the project plan are escalated and documented in a timely fashionProvide functional advice or training to less experienced team members

Diverse Skills and Experience That You Will Bring to the Role:

IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI Professional in Business Analysis Certification (PMI-PBA) preferredITIL framework and IT product methodologies (preferred)Strong MS Office skills, especially using Teams, SharePoint and ExcelProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointExposure to project planning tools.

Experience in creating and reviewing feature mind mapsGreat analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related fieldWhat We Offer:
