- Business Analyst role focused on supporting a new End to End User Experience team dedicated to enhancing the overall Wealth Management Technology platform by documenting usage flows and experiences to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support User Experience Evaluation procedures.
- Proficiency in full-service Wealth Management, including profiling, onboarding, trading, and reporting.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and practices.
- Extensive experience in broad data analysis.
- In-depth understanding of business operations and systems requirements processes.
- Knowledge of data modeling and entity relationships.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a Business Systems Analysis role.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess current capabilities, understand business needs, and develop usability documentation and artifacts.
- Engage with IT Specialists (Solution Designers, Configuration, Data Modeler, Test) to align application goals, capabilities, and functionality with other systems.
- Hands-on experience with system development life cycle (SDLC) and project management life cycle (PMLC).
