    Description

    Networks Voice Engineer

    Skill / Role: Networks Voice (Cisco) L3
    Total Experience: 8+ years
    Relevant Experience: 7+ years in Networks Voice (Cisco)
    Qualification: Bachelors / Masters / Equivalent

    Key Skills Required:

    • Excellent English communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)
    • Good documentation skills & Email responses - should be able to document / update work notes in the ticketing tool
    • Excellent customer handling skill - dealing with Upper Management
    • Experience in engineering data center and IP backbone
    • Experience architecting networks based on various technologies
    • Integrating and managing DNS, email, and other platforms
    • Designing networks for VoIP Soft Switch-based CLEC or ILEC
    • Experience with IP administration and management
    • Experience with Cisco Switches and Routers
    • Knowledge on Cisco call Manager, SIP, DID Lines
    • Expertise in designing and managing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, ISIS, RIP, MPLS, LDP
    • Experience with various network management tools

    Key Technologies:

    • CUCM & Cisco Unity Connection 10.x, 11.x, 12.x
    • Enterprise/Business SIP Trunking, End to End SIP Trunks
    • CUBE/Clients, Expressway - Core & Edge, H.323, MGCP, Analog VG Gateways
    • Cisco 2XXX, 3XXX, 4XXX Series Router - FXS/FXO Cards, PVDM, DSP, etc.
    • O365, WFM, Voicemail, Email integration, etc.
