    Work Responsibilities:

    As the IT Business Analyst, you will:
    • Understand business environment and customer needs and translate them into business and system requirements
    • Establish and maintain effective working relationships across functional groups and business units
    • Perform requirement elicitation and documentation, producing functional specifications containing functional and non-functional requirements
    • Perform and facilitate data validation activities, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and QA
    • Evaluate changes and updates to applications and analytic systems
    • Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, applications, and analytic systems
    • Act as an information source and communicator between business end users and IT
    • Translate business requirements into solution design, in partnership with process owners, architects, and developers
    • Ensure all requirements have suitable benefits associated with them and full traceability on ownership of the requirement along with success criteria for each requirement
    • Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs
    • Support cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of the existing program implementation
    • Ensure all risks associated with the project plan are escalated and documented in a timely fashion
    • Provide functional advice or training to less experienced team members
    Diverse Skills and Experience That You Will Bring to the Role:
    • IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI Professional in Business Analysis Certification (PMI-PBA) preferred
    • ITIL framework and IT product methodologies (preferred)
    • Strong MS Office skills, especially using Teams, SharePoint and Excel
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Exposure to project planning tools.
    • Experience in creating and reviewing feature mind maps
    • Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
