    Key Responsibilities:

    You will:

    • Identify staffing needs in educational settings through lead generation, prospecting, job postings, and outreach calls (including cold-calling)
    • Establish and nurture relationships with clients, employees, and potential candidates
    • Collaborate with mentors and management to meet revenue targets
    • Negotiate staffing contracts from start to finish
    • Adapt to and address the evolving needs of schools
    • Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams, working together towards our shared mission of improving lives

    Requirements:

    • A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
