HR Controller (f/m/d)
Your Responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining Marine HR analysis and dashboards
- Developing methods to measure the quality of all processes within the employee lifecycle
- Coordinating reporting topics with HR stakeholders from both Costa Crociere and AIDA Cruises
- Overseeing the reimbursement and invoicing process for our talent acquisition partners
Your Profile:
- Vocational training in ship management or logistics
- Bachelor's degree in shipping, logistics, business administration, or a related field preferred
- Experience in the maritime industry and working in an international environment
- Basic knowledge of HR analytics or controlling
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
- Fluent in English
- Serviceoriented and resultsdriven personality
