Group Leader in Project & Quality Management for Operations at Helaba in Boyne Falls, MI

Your Responsibilities:

As a group leader in the Project & Quality Management department, you will be responsible for risk and quality management for the Operations department at Helaba.

As a motivated and dedicated individual, you will lead your team of 14 employees both professionally and disciplinarily.
You will lead your team responsibly and performanceoriented, creating a positive and appreciative work environment.
With your expertise, you will organize, manage, and provide professional and organizational impulses in various areas such as Business Continuity Management, Quality Management, Process Optimization, Budget and Cost Control, Decentralized Sourcing Management, and Documentation for the department.
You will actively contribute to and shape developments and change processes within your team and the bank, and support internal and bankwide projects.

Your Profile:

You enjoy taking on leadership roles, taking initiative, and naturally assuming responsibility. You have a high performance standard for yourself and confidently handle complex tasks and problems.
