PERSONNEL DISPATCHER (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:


  • Successfully bringing together our applicants and companies
  • Personal support for employees in the application, temporary staffing, and placement process
  • You take care of acquiring new customers, negotiate contracts with clients, and calculate orders
  • You are the first point of contact for employees and clients in your department and always have an open ear for any problems
  • You motivate our employees and also provide onsite support for them at the client's location
  • You always work in a solutionoriented manner

Your profile:


  • Commercial education
  • Perfect German language skills, basic knowledge of English
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Outgoing, openminded, and a team player
