Financial Accountant/Controller (m/f/d):


in Department 12 "Finance, Management, Controlling":
(permanent, full-time/part-time possible, pay grade 9b - 11 TV-L, starting at A 9 LBesO, location Essen)


YOUR TASKS

  • Support of the Budget Officer (BdH) in all areas of budget preparation and management (cashbased and commercial)
  • Activities in budgeting processes
  • Participation in planning, monitoring and controlling processes and resource allocation
  • Reporting, creating analyses and developing recommendations for corrective measures in case of deviations from budget
  • Further development of the basics of cost and performance accounting
  • Management of transfer budget and financial processing of thirdparty projects

YOUR PROFILE

professional (exclusion criteria)
- administrative-specific qualification (e.g. administrative specialists, civil service qualification) or a degree - at least Bachelor's or Diploma (FH) - with direct relevance to the tasks, e.g. from the fields of administration, economics or finance or completed commercial vocational training with further relevant qualification in the financial or budgetary area


advantageous
- several years of professional experience in financial management (preferably budget law in the public sector)
- several years of professional experience in working with business management systems (SAP or ERP systems), ideally EPOS.NRW and specialized applications
