    Join us. TikTok's Ads Measurement Product team builds products that help marketers and brands realize their true business value generated by TikTok and across all of their paid channels. We're looking for a Product Manager to build measurement products to help marketers and brands realize their true business value generated by TikTok and across all of their paid channels. You will work with cross-functional teams across the globe on products that touch 'millions' of advertisers. Responsibilities
    - Set the vision, develop the roadmap, build and launch ad measurement products that help advertisers meet their goals and see their true business value generated by TikTok
    - Define and analyze metrics that inform product strategy and prioritization
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define goals and objectives for ad measurement products
    - Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing and Sales to develop, test, and launch products Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or higher with a major in Computer Science or equivalent science/technical field is preferred
    - 3+ years of experience in product management, having taken one or more internet products through the full product cycle, from requirements to launch (this does not include total years of experience)
    - 3+ years of related experience within the ads measurement space

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $ $311000 annually.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

    Our time off and leave plans are: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.
