What to Expect

What You'll Do

Installs, terminates, troubleshoots, and repairs (electrical and controls equipment and instrumentation utilizing technical, interpersonal and critical thinking skills
Installing control and measurement instruments/Calibrating and repairing instruments and associated equipment
Working with electronic control systems including microprocessors, sensors, and final control elements used in automated processes
Supporting controls engineering and facilities groups in troubleshooting, upgrading and new installation of systems
Understands the principles of measuring levels, pressures, temperatures, flow, and analytical processes using instrumentation
Produce asbuilt drawing markups for delivery to the design team for recording
Uses manuals, reading and interpreting circuit diagrams, complex electrical schematics and blueprints to troubleshoot and correct problems

What You'll Bring

35 years of experience as a handson technician or related field working on process automation and/or electromechanical systems.
Working knowledge of low voltage electrical systems from 24VDC to 480VAC, networking and telecommunication wiring, hand tools, multimeters, and testing equipment
Ability to read and comprehend wiring diagrams, loop drawings, P&ID drawings, electrical prints ,schematics, PLC code and HMI Screens
Ability to work in high elevation up to 80 ft
Strong knowledge in troubleshooting of motor controls, variable frequency drives, programmable controllers and other electronic components as well as strong understanding of HVAC and process instrumentation (pressure, level, differential pressure, temperature and analytical)
Must have strong interpersonal skills, along with the ability to interact with all levels of management; must have high degree of initiative, and the ability to work alone and effectively with other people
Command of English Language both written and verbal

Expected Compensation

$ $60.70/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, jobrelated knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
