What You'll Do

  • Conduct physical security assessments for Tesla and key stakeholders, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending solutions
  • Develop and implement comprehensive physical security plans tailored to each stakeholder's requirements
  • Prepare detailed reports outlining assessment findings, recommendations, and action plans
  • Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to physical security
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of security solutions
  • Executes company procedures to ensure the physical protection of personnel, and property, while meeting required codes and regulations
  • Assists with the operation of security systems: CCTV, access control, and incident reporting
What You'll Bring

  • 1+ years of security experience
  • 3+ years of project management and risk management experience preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols preferred
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced, at times stressed work environment; Occasional requirement to stand a static security post
  • Up to date security certifications and/or licensing for the US state the position is based in; CPP, PSP or equivalent certifications are a plus
  • Effective research and analytical skills
