- Event Planning Support: Collaborate with the Community Team to assist in planning and executing events and convenings for various programs and initiatives. This includes coordinating with program teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
- Project Coordination: Help coordinate the logistical aspects of events, such as booking venues, managing travel arrangements, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth operations during events.
- Event Execution: Assist with on-site event support, including set-up, logistics, and troubleshooting during the event. Coordinate with external vendors to ensure a seamless experience for attendees.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Head of Community and the broader team, including scheduling, note-taking, expense management, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Post-Event Follow-Up: Participate in debrief and feedback sessions with the Community Team after events to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for building relationships and engaging with various stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in completing tasks and ensuring quality in all aspects of work.

- Technical Proficiency: Experience with event-management platforms, relational databases, or project management tools (Airtable preferred).
- Education and Experience: Current enrollment or a recent graduate from a two or four year degree degree program; experience in event coordination or a professional office environment is a plus.
- On Site Flexibility: Flexibility to travel within the U.S. and internationally on an as needed basis (up to 10% of the time) as following company policy and permitting circumstances

We are looking for an Intern to join the Community Team from June - December 2024 who is eager to learn about the planning and execution of a wide range of convenings for various programs/initiatives across our organizations.
