- Deliver tailored demos that connect Practice Better's platform to real outcomes like client retention, practitioner revenue, and operational efficiency.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder buying cycles, confidently managing objections, pricing conversations, and procurement steps.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Assist, Customer Success, and Product to improve conversion and ensure smooth activation.
- Help shape the sales playbook, contributing insights and patterns that build a scalable Sales-Led Growth motion.
- 2-5 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally in SMB or Mid-Market environments, with a track record of generating and closing your own pipeline.
- Consistent quota achievement in a role where you owned both pipeline generation and deal execution.
- Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to ask sharp questions, uncover real business pain, and connect solutions to ROI.
- Comfort running multi-stakeholder sales cycles, managing deal momentum and decision processes independently.
- Experience working in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) and familiarity with modern prospecting and sales enablement tools.
- Clear communicator and strong collaborator, with a bias toward action and accountability.
- Curious, analytical, and adaptable, comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where the playbook is still evolving.
- Experience selling into health, wellness, healthcare, or practitioner-led businesses (e.g., clinics, therapy practices, coaching, or allied health).
- Background in product-led or sales-assisted SaaS environments where inbound, trials, or high-intent users are part of the motion.
- Experience closing multi-seat or team-based deals with growing small businesses.
- Demonstrated success in an early-stage or scaling SaaS company where you helped refine playbooks or sales processes.
- Familiarity with subscription pricing models, payment processing, or revenue workflow tools.

Position Summary
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our growing team.
In this role you will own the full sales cycle (from pipeline generation through close) bringing our platform to the wellness practitioners, clinic owners, and health teams who need it most.
You'll lead deep discovery conversations using a needs-based, curiosity-first approach, connecting what you learn directly to platform capabilities that improve client retention, increase revenue per practitioner, and simplify day-to-day operations for practices. You'll manage buying cycles across clinical and operational stakeholders, often within small but growing practices deciding whether to switch platforms, while keeping your pipeline healthy, your forecasting accurate, and your handoffs clean.
You'll join at a foundational moment for our Sales-Led Growth motion, helping shape the playbooks, processes, and patterns that define how Practice Better sells going forward. The ideal candidate is a self-directed, consultative seller who thrives when the playbook is still being built. You communicate clearly, move with purpose, and focus on solutions over perfection.
Bonus points if you've sold into health, wellness, or practitioner-led businesses; have experience in product-led or sales-assisted SaaS motions; or have built prospecting sequences and outreach approaches from scratch rather than inheriting them.

At Practice Better, we believe in pay transparency, equity, and fairness. We benchmark compensation against similar-stage, high-growth SaaS companies in both Canada and the United States and review our salary bands regularly to ensure they remain competitive and aligned with market trends.
Each role has a defined pay range based on its level, scope, and geographic location. Final offers are determined by several factors, including experience, demonstrated skills, and location, to ensure consistency and equity across our team.
Anticipated Base Salary Range (US): $70,000 - $85,000 base salary per year USD, we anticipate OTE to fall between $120,000 - $140,000 USD per year
