Job Description

LHH is seeking an Staff Accountant to support one of our clients in the Jacksonville area. The salary range is $60,000-65,000 per year. In this role, you will be managing AP and AR functions, as well as hanlding reconciliations and credit card expense reporting.

Responsibilities:

· Oversight of Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable functions

· Credit Card Expense Reporting

· Month-end close activities

· Perform bank and account reconciliations.

· Assist with financial statement preparation and analysis

· Support budgeting and forecasting activities.

· Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any accounting discrepancies or issues.

· Provide support during the annual audit process.

Qualifications:

· At least 2 years accounting experience

· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required

· Experience with Quickbooks Desktop is required

· Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn

· Strong analytical skills

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
