Fresenius Kabi has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Development Program Associate in our IV Therapy Sales division.

The Commercial Development Program Associate (Sales) role within the IV Therapy Business of Fresenius Kabi is designed to offer early career professionals an opportunity to work closely with experienced Field Sales Professionals to learn and develop knowledge and skills for selling in the medical device and disposables market while contributing to customer selling process.

This position offers the opportunity to enter medical device sales without prior field sales experience.

The individual in this role will be enabled to discover and build sales capability with the goal of creating the opportunity to take on a Field Sales role within 12–24 months; ideally with the willingness and ability to relocate within the US.

In the role, the Commercial Development Associate (Sales) will take on sales related projects under the direction and mentoring of a Sr.

Sales Account Executive, with additional learning and interactions with the VP of Sales, Sr. Director of Commercial Learning, and others within Sales, Marketing, Contracting, and Commercial Learning.

Specifically, this role will support the expansion of IV pumps, sets and solutions within the customer universe of healthcare provider institutions including hospitals, infusion centers, IDNs, and other identified area of opportunity.

This role will be a Lake Zurich, Illinois - Remote-based role. Travel into the field as needed (10-30%). Candidates will need to live local to the Lake Zurich, Illinois area.

Responsibilities
Work within our Salesforce CRM to document and maintain an ongoing record of existing and potential customers.
Contribute to updates and reports on the sales pipeline.
Build knowledge and skill in discussing Fresenius Kabi IV Technology portfolio specifically in the areas of Infusion Technology
Systems, Disposable sets, IV solutions, and related accessories

Work collaboratively with the Field Sales Account Executive to target, cultivate customers and provide information and interactions that create, close and service customers.

Provide effective internal communications across key commercial departments within the organization that are involved in customer sales and service.
Attend and contribute to customer meetings, presentations. trade shows and conferences as assigned.
Utilize all systems, reporting, and tools that enable sales organizations to serve needs of customers.
Participate in any and all reasonable work activities as assigned by management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Finance.
Ideal candidate will have recently graduated.
Preference is given to those candidates with healthcare and/or sales internship experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey key complex information and build relationships

Detail oriented with ability to utilize multiple sources of information to interpret sales opportunities, trends, and ability to distill information.

Ability to establish collaborative working relationships and effectively transition through assignments.

Resulted oriented with the ability to work independently and interface with various levels of management in a multi-tasking, deadline oriented team environment.

Intermediate skill set with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other database concepts.
