- Develop and maintain financial models to support long-term financial planning and forecasting
- Analyze financial performance and key metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with senior management to develop and monitor budget targets
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis
- Evaluate the financial impact of potential business decisions and initiatives
- Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and key stakeholders
- Manage and develop a team of financial analysts, providing coaching and guidance as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals and priorities
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency in financial planning and analysis processes
- Provide strong leadership, guidance and training to billing department staff member.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools
- Experience managing and developing a team
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel, NetSuite and accounting software.

Job Overview
The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis activities within the organization. This role will involve developing financial forecasts and budgets, analyzing financial performance, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management. The Director will also be responsible for leading a team of financial analysts and collaborating with other departments to drive financial performance and decision-making.
