    Job Summary: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Engineering Tool Technician to join our team. As an Engineering Tool Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of engineering tools and equipment used in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently to support our engineering team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of engineering tools, machinery, and equipment.
    • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with tools and equipment to determine the root cause of malfunctions.
    • Conduct routine calibration and testing of tools to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
    • Assist with the installation and setup of new tools and equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety measures.
    • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to provide technical support, guidance, and training on tool usage and maintenance.
    • Maintain an organized inventory of tools and spare parts, ensuring adequate supply levels and efficient tracking.
    • Document all tool maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and calibration, in accordance with company procedures.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices related to engineering tools and equipment.
    • Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to create a safe working environment for all employees.
    • Assist in developing preventive maintenance schedules and procedures for engineering tools and equipment.
