Inspect and treat homes and commercial properties on a daily basis. Great entry level/apprentice position to start a great

Technicians service loyal customer base and new accounts, assist customers on how to keep their property pest free and prevent damage in a professional and friendly way.

This is a field position to cover Baltimore County, Baltimore Metro and near by counties, driving from customer location to location using company vehicles, Local applicants familiar with Baltimore Metro preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties

Inspect/treat residential-commercial properties.

Keep materials, company vehicle and tools in working order.

7am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday average work days

Multitask, fast pace environment


Qualifications:

Familiar with the areas in Baltimore Counties and near by areas

Ready to learn a new CAREER. Professional and friendly work ethic.

Stable work history, good job history a plus

1 year of driving experience min. no accidents past 2 years.

MD drivers Lic. no more than 2 points on lic.

Friendly, easy to start a conversation with any one at any time with a
smile
Not afraid of pets, meeting people, good communication/verbal skills.

Good time management. Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Use hand tools, drills, flashlights, digital tablets, etc.

Pass drug test and good background check.

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
