    Exciting Opportunity as a Supply Chain Business Analyst at a Thriving Company

    Location: Dallas, TX

    Salary: Competitive

    Schedule: Full-Time On-Site Monday-Friday

    Are you someone who loves digging into data and finding ways to make supply chain operations run smoother? If you're all about spotting inefficiencies and coming up with solutions that boost performance, then we've got the perfect role for you.

    As a Supply Chain Business Analyst, you'll be at the heart of making our supply chain operations more efficient and effective. Your insights and suggestions will be key to helping us keep up with customer demands, cut costs, and drive up profits.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Data Analysis: Dive into KPIs related to supply chain performance like inventory turnover, order fulfillment rates, transportation costs, and supplier performance using data tools.
    • Process Improvement: Find ways to streamline supply chain processes, cut lead times, and boost overall efficiency.
    • Supplier Management: Help us track supplier performance metrics and find ways to optimize and save costs.
    • Inventory Optimization: Support the inventory team with data-driven suggestions to make inventory and investments more efficient.
    • Logistics and Distribution: Work with the transportation team to optimize transportation routes, modes, and carriers for cost and time savings.
    • Reporting and Presentation: Create clear and informative reports, dashboards, and presentations to share insights and recommendations with stakeholders.

    What You Need to Succeed:

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Research, or a related field. Or equivalent experience.
    • 5 years of proven experience in a supply chain or logistics role focusing on data analysis and process improvement.
    • Proficiency in data tools like Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python, and a must-have proficiency in Tableau.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make meaningful conclusions.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with different teams.
    • Knowledge of supply chain principles like forecasting, inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
    • Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite and supply chain software is a plus.
    • Supply chain management certification (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP) is a bonus.
