    Introduction:


    As part of our strategic growth in the USA's rail transit and rail accessories sectors, we are seeking a Market Analyst who will play a key role in analyzing market trends and consumer behaviour to guide our marketing strategies and product development.

    This position requires an keen understanding of the transportation industry and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning within the rail transit industry.
    • Analyze data on consumer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to enhance marketing and sales strategies.
    • Collaborate with product development teams to inform new product designs based on market needs and growth potential.
    • Develop and maintain automated reporting systems to provide regular insights and updates on market conditions.
    • Present findings and recommendations to senior management to help shape strategic decisions and marketing campaigns.
    • Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience as a market analyst or similar role, ideally within the rail transit, transportation, or related industries.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical analysis software and tools.
    • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or similar software to create impactful reports and presentations.
    • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex information in an understandable format.
    • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.
