- Lead, review, investigate, and develop appropriate recommendations for assigned engineering projects and technical challenges within specific technical disciplines and across adjacent disciplines.

- Serve as a mentor, coach, and guide for developing talent across multiple disciplines, motivating peers and team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related engineering discipline and ten (10) years of experience in the related engineering field; OR Master's degree in Engineering or related engineering discipline and eight (8) years of experience; OR PhD in Engineering or related engineering discipline and six (6) years of experience.
- Advanced knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
- Ability to research and analyze information of considerable difficulty and draw valid conclusions.
- Awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, verbally and in writing.
- Personal protective equipment, required.
