Vennes is a forward-thinking construction company specializing in earthworks, civil engineering, and demolition in the NRW region. As a family-owned company, Vennes has been a solid player in the market for 30 years.

Your responsibilities:
- independent planning, execution, and billing of interesting construction projects
- monitoring and supervision of demanding projects in earthworks, civil engineering, and/or demolition, including coordination of personnel, necessary equipment and machinery, and subcontractors
- overseeing the proper execution of all work on the construction site
- regular exchange of information with clients, in site manager meetings, or with technical management / executive management
- calculation of additional costs / change order management

Your qualifications:
- a degree in civil engineering (FH/TH/TU) or a comparable technical education / several years of practical work experience
- enjoyment of coordinating challenging projects, teamwork, and flexibility
- independent work style and entrepreneurial thinking
- excellent knowledge of general (MS-Office) and industry-specific software applications (BPS-BAU / RIB iTWO) is expected
