Dynamics Business Systems Analyst

In this role, you will play a critical role in implementing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions to streamline workflows and improve efficiency across the organization .

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:
Partner with business stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into actionable configurations within Dynamics 365 F&O

Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for automation and improvement using F&O functionalities

Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 F&O to meet specific business requirements, ensuring scalability and long-term usability

Collaborate with developers to create customizations and integrate F&O with other systems

Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality and performance of configurations

Troubleshoot issues and work with technical teams to resolve them effectively

Champion user adoption by providing comprehensive training and ongoing support, including developing training materials and conducting workshops

Document F&O configurations, processes, and integrations for future reference and compliance

Partner with project managers to ensure successful project delivery within budget and timeline

Foster clear communication across internal teams and external vendors to maintain alignment and address dependencies

Stay current on the latest advancements and best practices in Dynamics 365 F&O and related technologies. Proactively recommend process enhancements for business optimization

Participate in regular reviews to share knowledge and continuously improve project delivery and user support

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a similar field (required)

Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with several years of experience focused on implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) (required)

Strong understanding of financial and operational processes, with experience configuring and customizing F&O modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Procurement, Inventory Management, Manufacturing) (required)

Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development tools and technologies (X++, Power Platform, Azure services) (required)

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels (required)

A passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends (required)

Relevant certifications (e

g, Microsoft Certified:
Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate) a plus

This position requires 3 days a week onsite in Franklin, Tennessee.
