    Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Loan Servicing Manager to join our team. As a Loan Servicing Manager, you will be responsible for the existing loan portfolio, new loans and maturing loans.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Maintain company's loan schedule.
    • Track loan prepayment penalties and/or yield maintenance/defeasance requirements
    • Track interest rate swaps
    • Determine if draws are available under loan escrows or reserves
    • Monitor and ensure covenant compliance - includes financial reporting covenants
    • Proactively manage covenants - project covenant compliance to identify future issues
    • Engage with lenders on loan issues as they arise - covenant breach, upcoming issues (person should identify them) - work closely with Asset Mgt
    • Ensure escrows (if any) are adequate and in accordance with loan agreements
    • New loans - process loan documents, working cross functionally you will assist in all aspects of the loan process, preparation of financing decks and materials.
    • Maturing loans - Ensure payoff information is obtained timely, handle any loan related requests from title/escrow/dispositions team or assist in refinancing.

    What you'll bring to the table:

    • 5 + years of experience in loan origination or related roles
    • Experience interacting with lenders (at a senior level)
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
    • DST experience preferred
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
