- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for SBA and GGL Programs
- Prepare loan credit memorandums and recommend credit decisions
- Package GGL loans for submission and obtain approvals
- Manage CAFS/ETran portal interactions
- Review SBA authorizations and loan agreements
- Evaluate various loan requests for compliance
- Analyze borrower financial data
- Review title reports, appraisals, and business valuations
- Facilitate communications between bank personnel
- Assist in loan documentation and portfolio management
- Provide training to processors and credit analysts
- Maintain knowledge of loan policies and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum five years experience in commercial business and real estate loan underwriting
- Strong knowledge of GGL policies and procedures
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Southwest US real estate markets a plus
- Proficiency in underwriting platforms and MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, business or finance
- 5 years in Commercial Banking Government Guaranteed Lending
- Ability to lift a minimum of 20lbs
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend and stoop
- Requires ability to use keyboard for extended periods
- Travel may be required
