    Details of the Role:

    • Location: Greater Houston area
    • Schedule: Three days at the ABS Headquarters Office in Spring, Texas, and two days remote

    Responsibilities:

    • Align with ABS mission
    • Lead research on nuclear technology in marine and offshore industries
    • Work on technical projects, deliver high-quality results on time and within budget
    • Develop guidance for applying new technology in marine sector
    • Engage with industry stakeholders
    • Stay informed on maritime-nuclear developments

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in related discipline, M.S. or Ph.D. preferred
    • Minimum five years of professional experience
    • Knowledge of nuclear technologies and engineering
    • Strong communication and project management skills
    • Engagement with HSQE Management System

    Professional engineer license is a plus.

    Reporting Relationships:

    Reports to Managing Principal Engineer or above. No direct reports.

    Company Notice:

    This role requires access to controlled information. Employment offer is subject to verification of U.S. Person status.
