    Your responsibilities:

    The Junior Financial Project Controller role are expected to support the current Senior Project controller to follow the financials of a portfolio of projects executed in the US eventually taking full ownership of the portfolio.

    Main responsibilities will be on Financial Planning and Reporting. Analyse financial data to identify potentials for improvement.

    The Junior Financial Project Controller shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:


    • Running month end close transactions for the US Project portfolio


    Reviewing the projects monthly with Project Managers to ensure planned values reflect the operational status


    Track, understand and challenge margin deviations


    Ensuring accuracy of the billing plan and timely invoicing to customers


    • Providing visibility and challenging Project Managers on cash collection


    Supporting PMs on the quarterly forecast of Revenues and Margin


    • Ad-hoc support to PMs for specific analyses

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS – REQUIRED


    • Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance and or Accounting, or Management or equivalent studies will be required.


    • Minimum 1-2 year's experience in controlling (experience in a Project environment would be an advantage).


    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


    • Proactive attitude


    Proficient in Excel


    • Experience with SAP is a plus (especially with the PS module)


    • Knowledge of Power BI and/or Power Queries is a Plus
