    Description

    The Lead Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and coordinating complex construction projects related to public infrastructure and ensuring compliance with the Department of State Architects regulations.

    This role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and expertise in navigating governmental regulations to deliver successful public works projects within budget and schedule.

    Project Planning and Execution:
    Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
    Lead project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve project objectives.
    Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
    Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to establish clear project objectives, expectations, and deliverable.
    Prepare and manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
    Optimize resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to maximize project efficiency and productivity.

    Quality Assurance and Compliance:
    Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
    Conduct regular project reviews, audits, and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
    Generate accurate and timely project reports, presenting project status, milestones, risks, and successes to stakeholders and management.
    Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and other relevant records.

    Proven experience as a lead superintendent, successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
    Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
    Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
    Proficient in superintendent software and tools.
