Design To Delivery Inc (D2DInc) is a minority-owned, women-owned small business. Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland, D2DInc provides services to public-sector organizations in the areas of acquisition and procurement support, contract administration and closeout, development and administration of small business outreach programs, training, administrative support, and marketing communications materials. Our customers include civilian and defense federal government agencies.

D2DInc is looking for a Management Analyst to support a government customer in Virginia Beach, VA. This person will provide program and project analysis support for a government customer. The qualified individual will be customer-focused and team-oriented with the ability to work independently.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties to be carried out include, but are not limited to:

Collect, review, and analyze information in order to make recommendations.
Define the nature and extent of problems and analyze relevant data.
Develop solutions to problems.
In the course of preparing recommendations, understand the nature of the organization, the relationship it has with others, and its internal organization and culture.
Report findings and recommendations. Reports are usually submitted in writing, but oral presentations regarding findings also are common.
Support programs, projects and/or initiatives at various stages of the transition and transformation process; create and maintain files, perform research, draft documents and manage documentation; prepare presentations; gather information, research regulations and draft documents; and participate in discussions with staff on findings.
Provide guidance, clarification, transactional knowledge, and resolutions to support daily business operations in the areas of Corporate Planning, metrics, analysis, Records Management, Forms and Directives, Integrated Budget Planning and Execution Systems (IBPES), NAVSEA Enterprise Planning Systems (NEPS), and other business functions.
Provide project management support throughout program life cycle, from concept development and formulation through initial system design, development, and deployment.
Provide support for technical assistance, procurement assistance, action item and milestone planning, project tracking, status tracking, training, and planning meeting participation.
Provide support by compiling, drafting, reviewing, and updating program documentation.
Review existing documentation for proper supporting program data, technical, and editorial adequacy. Confer with the author or originator of the documentation to identify necessary changes and update the documentation if required.

QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field from an accredited university or college.
Seven (7) years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis.
Three (3) years of experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to interact professionally and collaboratively with others exhibiting decorum and discretion at all times.
Individual must be self-motivated, a fast learner and able to complete tasks with minimal direction and supervision
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must have an active Secret clearance.
