    Description
    Winners, the leading supermarket chain in Mauritius is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to consolidate its marketing team. The selected candidate will report to the Senior Manager – Marketing and Sustainability.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies.
    Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print and social media.
    Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and banners.
    Responsible to lead and coordinate end-to-end production campaigns.
    Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
    Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key partners, including but not limited to the Winners Club.
    Plan, organise and execute surveys in collaboration with strategic partners to gather valuable insights.
    Support the marketing team in administrative tasks as needed.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
    Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or a related field
    2 years of experience in digital marketing, e-marketing or any related field
    Proven experience in digital marketing and online advertising
    Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    OTHER REQUISITES:
    Positive proactive team player
    Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
    Creative mindset with an eye for design and content
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and customer oriented
    Strong project management and organizational skills
    Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    Available to work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, as well as odd hours
