Description

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will work directly with the CEO to assist with sales prospects, manage PPi social media, and update the PPi website.

This position will be accountable for moving clients through the sales process and ensuring those clients are implemented successfully.

The role will also be responsible for ensuring the PPi website is up-to-date and will establish regular social media content to promote PPi services to the target audience.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Sales

  • Generate leads through various channels including social media, online platforms, networking events.
  • Cold call potential clients and be accountable for related follow up.
  • Participate in the proposal process.
  • Identify opportunities to promote services/upsell to prospective clients.
  • Responsible for managing the HubSpot program.
  • Present at sales trade shows/conferences
  • Periodically travel to prospective clients to assist with sales closing process.
Marketing

  • Assist with developing marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure the online presence of the company is uptodate and effective by posting updated sales and marketing material on the company website and social media.
  • Monitor and create social media content to promote PPi's services and engage with target audience effectively.

Understanding our products and services:

  • Advise on appropriate user training.
  • Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing features and bug fixes by attending company training and reviewing technical specifications.
  • Update sales collateral to reflect updates to products and offerings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Be involved in implementation for new clients to ensure customer is receiving what was sold.
  • Work closely and effectively with other PPi departments to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to client.
  • Collaborate with other marketing related positions to ensure content meets internal standards.

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Selfstarter personality
  • Must have a solution driven mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Willingness to expand and gain knowledge and abilities
  • A propensity to understand SoftwareasaService related technology
  • Strong attention to detail
