Marketing Coordinator Position Summary:

Habush Habush & Rottier is one of the largest personal injury law firms in the state of Wisconsin. We're looking for a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team The primary focus of this full-time position is to assist with client outreach and community engagement initiatives
- including but not limited to social media management, event coordination, and philanthropic outreach efforts.


Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator:


  • Monitor and manage social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Utilize content pillars/ templates to create seamless social media graphics
  • Write social media captions and copy
  • Stay up to date on the latest social media trends/current events, and discern if they can be applied to firm social media pages in an appropriate and professional manner
  • Report monthly social media engagement analytics to the Marketing Manager
  • Professionally represent Habush Habush & Rottier at sponsorship events
  • Communicate effectively with sponsorship coordinators in the planning and execution of events
  • Create and implement firmwide philanthropic outreach initiatives
  • Initiate contact with existing/former clients when necessary
  • Assist Marketing Manager with additional digital marketing tasks and projects as needed

Requirements:


  • Strong background in professional social media management
  • Very strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Specifically InDesign)
  • Ability to carry 50 pounds
  • Valid driver's license and means to travel to events throughout Wisconsin

Education & Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field
  • 13 years of relevant work experience
  • Previous social media management experience required
