Marketing Coordinator Position Summary:
Habush Habush & Rottier is one of the largest personal injury law firms in the state of Wisconsin. We're looking for a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team The primary focus of this full-time position is to assist with client outreach and community engagement initiatives
- including but not limited to social media management, event coordination, and philanthropic outreach efforts.
Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator:
- Monitor and manage social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Utilize content pillars/ templates to create seamless social media graphics
- Write social media captions and copy
- Stay up to date on the latest social media trends/current events, and discern if they can be applied to firm social media pages in an appropriate and professional manner
- Report monthly social media engagement analytics to the Marketing Manager
- Professionally represent Habush Habush & Rottier at sponsorship events
- Communicate effectively with sponsorship coordinators in the planning and execution of events
- Create and implement firmwide philanthropic outreach initiatives
- Initiate contact with existing/former clients when necessary
- Assist Marketing Manager with additional digital marketing tasks and projects as needed
Requirements:
- Strong background in professional social media management
- Very strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Specifically InDesign)
- Ability to carry 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license and means to travel to events throughout Wisconsin
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field
- 13 years of relevant work experience
- Previous social media management experience required
