Job Title: Post-Closing Specialist
Shift / Pay: 8am-5pm Mon-Fri $17/hr
Description:
Our client is looking to add a Post-Closing Specialist to their team. This person will be responsible for performing a variety of post-closing loan servicing tasks. Functions include: opening mail, checking in files, stacking, DDH, and responding to routine client inquiries. This position requires a high level of accuracy and the ability to work with loan documentation, state specific standards and compliance deadlines per client direction.
The work is more administrative and data entry based, and will require a candidate to work extensively within Outlook, Excel (very basic functions), and other basic programs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must Haves:
2+ months mortgage industry experience
6+ months working professionally with Microsoft Office
High school diploma
