For a future-oriented company based in the picturesque Leer (East Frisia), we are looking for a dedicated HR clerk (m/f/d) in full-time. Become part of our team and actively shape the future of our company with your expertise.

Your tasks will include

Maintaining employee records, processing entries and exits, and managing vacation and sick days
Documenting employment contracts, changes, and terminations, as well as maintaining HR databases
Assisting in resolving workplace conflicts and implementing preventive measures
Communicating with employees and ensuring a positive work environment

What you bring to the table

A completed commercial apprenticeship or degree in human resources, business administration, or a similar qualification would be advantageous
Thorough knowledge of labor law and payroll accounting
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information
