    Director of Finance- Non Profit

    Passaic County, NJ
    The Director of Financial Controls is a pivotal role at the intersection of finance and administration, overseeing financial operations, budgeting, strategic planning, and internal controls
    This role demands a hands-on approach in managing the finance team, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and standards, and driving the organization's financial strategy in alignment with its mission
    Lead the development of annual financial plans and budgets in collaboration with the Executive Director and other senior leaders
    Establish and oversee financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance
    Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, reporting, and forecasting
    Analyze financial data and reports, communicating insights to the Executive Director and Board of Directors
    Coordinate and lead the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors
