DIRECTOR OF FINANCE (FT; 40hrs/wk) - Temple Faculty Practice
The Director of Finance Temple Faculty Practice Plan Inc.

(TFPP) will assist TFPP CFO & Leadership team and TUHS by overseeing the day to day financial matters that affects the TFPP.

Temple Faculty Practice Plan Inc. (TFPP) is the largest physician arm of the Temple University Health System.

The Director of Finance will serve an integral part in our physician practice finance operations by working side by side with department Chairs and Administrators to develop and manage plans, evaluate new opportunities and optimize performance.

Education

Bachelors Degree :
in Business Administration with a major in Accounting or related field. (required)

Masters Degree :
in related field (preferred)

Experience

6 Years experience in financial management (required)

Experience with and in-depth knowledge of financial information systems. (required)

1 Year experience in Health Care (preferred)

License/Certifications

CPA - Certified Public Accountant (preferred)
