Job Overview:

Duties:


  • Develop and implement financial strategies in alignment with company goals
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Oversee general ledger accounting and financial statement preparation
  • Monitor cash flow, cost control, and cost management initiatives
  • Lead business development initiatives to drive revenue growth
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and other relevant accounting standards

Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
  • Proven experience in financial services and financial management roles
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting
  • Demonstrated expertise in business development and strategic planning
  • Excellent understanding of GAAP principles and accounting practices

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Real estate development, acquisition, and/or property management industry experience.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Adaptability.
  • Fast learner.
  • Effective communication with all stakeholders, including employees, management, and other departments.

$160, $180,000.00 per year
