Job Overview:

Duties:

Develop and implement financial strategies in alignment with company goals
Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Oversee general ledger accounting and financial statement preparation
Monitor cash flow, cost control, and cost management initiatives
Lead business development initiatives to drive revenue growth
Ensure compliance with GAAP and other relevant accounting standards

Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
Proven experience in financial services and financial management roles
Strong knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting
Demonstrated expertise in business development and strategic planning
Excellent understanding of GAAP principles and accounting practices

PREFERRED SKILLS

Real estate development, acquisition, and/or property management industry experience.
Excellent time management skills.
Adaptability.
Fast learner.
Effective communication with all stakeholders, including employees, management, and other departments.
