Specialist Administrator (m/f/d)
in the Department 5- Youth Services. The Youth Services department utilizes three specialized programs, for which the administrator will be responsible. Part-time employment may be considered upon request.
Your main responsibilities:
- Firstlevel support: First point of contact for colleagues' questions regarding specialized programs
- Program maintenance
- Creation and updating of user manuals and taskspecific regulations
- Knowledge and referral of procedures for special tasks
- Monitoring of organized data retention
- Structural and system development
- Training of employees
- Statistics
- Document management within specialized programs
Your qualifications:
- Completed administrative training course II
- Bachelor's degree in Municipal Administration
- General Administration (Bachelor of Laws) or Administrative Business Administration (Bachelor of Arts) for qualification in the second career level, first entry level (formerly higher service)
- Good knowledge of common PC applications (MS Office) and basic affinity for modern information and communication technologies
- Ability for independent, structured and responsible action, characterized by forward thinking, resilience and flexibility
- Strong communication and consulting skills
- Strong team and social skills, conflict resolution and assertiveness
- Loyalty, sense of responsibility and reliability
