Overview:

The Regional Human Resources Manager (m/f/d) will play a crucial role in developing partnerships with the company's leadership teams in Europe and Asia. They will provide comprehensive guidance to employees at all levels of the organization and coach supervisors and managers on important initiatives such as talent management, recruitment, and learning and development. They will also ensure compliance with all relevant standards, regulations, labor laws, and local customs while collaborating with HR partners in the U.S. to support the global HR function.
