At the Technical University of East Westphalia-Lippe, in the central department S(kim) at the location of Lemgo, we are currently seeking a position as a

Employee (f/m/d) for Library Services:

to be filled as a maternity leave and parental leave replacement until September 30, 2025.

The central department S(kim) - Service, Communication, Information and Media - bundles the library, e-learning, and IT services of the Technical University of East Westphalia-Lippe.

The responsibilities will include the following aspects in particular:

Activities in the interlibrary loan department: taking over active interlibrary loans
Participation in the semester reserve collection (analog and digital)
Participation in the support team at the Lemgo location (1stlevel support for library and IT services)
Extended consultation and support (2ndlevel support) depending on the scope of duties

If you meet the following requirements, we look forward to receiving your application:

Completed training as a specialist for media and information services (f/m/d) or a comparable qualification / comparable knowledge
Proficient in information and communication technology (libraryspecific IT applications, office products, PC / mobile devices, etc.)
Interest in the field of information technology
Structured and analytical thinking and working

Strong service and customer orientation as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills
